Some iPhone 17 Pro cases may look a little different than we thought

A new image shared on social media today by leaker Majin Bu provides an… interesting look at iPhone 17 Pro cases. They might not all necessarily look what we initially expected.
iPhone 17 Pro is going to move away from the traditional square camera bump in the upper left hand corner. Instead, it’ll be implementing a long camera bar that spans the top of the phone. It’ll look something like this, at least dimensionally:
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that the camera bar will likely match the color of the iPhone body rather than being fully blacked out. Regardless, the iPhone 17 Pro is adopting a camera bar.
Earlier this morning, we shared some new case images from leaker Sonny Dickson, which highlighted a full cutout at the top of the phone, leaving quite a bit of surface area exposed. However, this new image from Majin Bu suggests that not all cases might necessarily look like that.
Instead, some cases might actually feature two cutouts for the camera bar. One cutout around the triple camera array, and another around the LiDAR, flash, and microphone.
This might look a little more weird, but it does provide some additional coverage, at least.
