Galaxy S25 Edge Dummy Unit Reveals Stunning Black Finish and Off-Center USB-C Port

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge in April, but details about the upcoming flagship remain limited. The company showcased the device during Galaxy Unpacked and MWC, but only in suspended displays, leaving fans without a real-world look at its design. Until now, no one has had hands-on access to confirm rumors about the Titanium Jetblack color variant—until a recent leak provided a closer look.

Korean YouTuber The Sinza recently shared a hands-on video featuring third-party dummy units of the Galaxy S25 Edge. While these units are non-functional, they accurately reflect the device’s dimensions, design, and color choices. If Samsung sticks to the shade seen in the dummy unit, the Titanium Jetblack finish could be one of the most visually striking options for the device.

Design Highlights and Color Variants

Samsung is reportedly releasing the Galaxy S25 Edge in three color options:

  • Titanium Icyblue

  • Titanium Silver

  • Titanium Jetblack

The dummy unit showcases the incredibly thin profile of the device compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, making it clear that Samsung is pushing for a sleeker, more premium feel.

An Off-Centered USB-C Port

One of the most talked-about aspects of the dummy unit is the off-centered USB-C port and SIM tray. The placement appears to be a result of engineering constraints, likely to accommodate essential internal components within the ultra-thin 5.84mm frame. While some may find this design choice unusual, it may have been necessary to maintain the phone’s structural integrity.

Galaxy S25 Edge vs. Galaxy S25 Ultra

A side-by-side comparison with the Galaxy S25 Ultra puts the thinness of the S25 Edge into perspective. The slim design, premium Titanium finishes, and bold color choices could make the S25 Edge one of Samsung’s most stylish flagships yet.

While this is still based on a dummy unit, it offers an early glimpse of what to expect. With the official launch just a month away, fans won’t have to wait much longer to see how the final version stacks up.
