Boston’s Allegiant Global Partners Is Now Part of Hub


Hub International has announced a new acquisition in Massachusetts. The national insurance brokerage firm, with a growing presence in the Commonwealth, has acquired the assets of Allegiant Global Partners, Inc. (AGP). Headquartered in Boston, AGP is a health, welfare and risk consulting firm serving global employers in the planning and execution of their international health, welfare and risk strategies.

With respect to its focus, AGP offers a full range of products and services to meet the needs of international NGOs, higher education institutions and domestic nonprofits. Additionally, their expertise in the nonprofit and education industries support, complement and strengthen Hub’s existing Specialty and Global Benefits capabilities.

According to the terms of the transaction, Bride along with AGP’s President & Chief Customer Officer Denis Guay, as well as the rest of the AGP team will join Hub National Employee Benefits and Hub New England. Going forward, AGP will be referred to as AGP, a Hub International company.

No further terms of the transaction were disclosed.
