Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Launch Date Leaked

A new leak has seemingly revealed the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launch date, shifting the spotlight from its previously rumored April debut to a new online-only unveiling set for May 13. While Samsung has yet to confirm the change, insiders say the delay isn’t due to quality concerns but possibly linked to recent executive changes following the passing of Samsung DX head Jong-Hee Han.

Originally expected to launch on April 15, the flagship device’s reveal is now just under a month behind schedule. Sources suggest the adjustment stems from internal reshuffling rather than production setbacks. Although disappointing for fans who anticipated a grand in-person Unpacked event, Samsung is reportedly opting for a digital announcement instead.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to feature the same display as the Galaxy S25+, the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, 12GB of RAM, and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. Camera-wise, it will boast a 200 MP main shooter paired with an ultrawide sensor. Color options are rumored to include Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icyblue.

Retail pricing in the Eurozone is tipped at €1,249, placing it €100 above the standard Galaxy S25+. Samsung plans to produce approximately three million units for its initial release.

Though the official availability date remains a mystery, with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launch date leaked, expectations are high for a full rollout sometime in May.
